Imagine your child's delight at receiving a magical telegram, fully personalised to your child, within a personalised envelope complete with a North Pole post mark and a stamp - their faces will light up the room!

Here In the North (Yorkshire) Pole, our very own Mrs Christmas helps out the big man by creating beautiful, authentic Christmas telegrams from Father Christmas, year after year.
Each telegram is printed on a textured card, with our own unique, original holly leaf letter header. The telegram is either presented within a gold lined, brown Kraft envelope, complete with our custom North Pole post mark and a real Christmas stamp.

Our telegrams are a wonderful lovely, unusual addition to a Christmas Eve box (please see our other listings for our other items available) , and have customers returning year after year!
✨ WHAT MAKES OUR TELEGRAMS SPECIAL ✨
- Every year the telegram changes slightly, making it the perfect tradition to continue year after year!
- Our holly leaf header is completely unique to us, an original hand drawn design, therefore completely unique to any other items available to purchase!
- NEW FOR 2021 - should you choose the envelope option , they are now beautifully lined with gold paper, making them even more magical! Our North Pole post mark stamp is also 100% unique to us! All our postage stamps are previously used Christmas postage stamps, adding to that authentic feel
- and finally, with a genuine love and affection for the magic of Christmas, i pour my heart and soul into each and every Christmas product!
DELIVERY
When telegrams are delivered, they will come inside another envelope which is addressed to the parent (carer/guardian/person who places the order). The telegram and envelope for the recipient is inside the main envelope, allowing the parent to post through their own letter box at a suitable time.
WAX SEAL
Please note: from 2021, our letters will come with a wax seal to seal them. We DO NOT seal the letters , we place the wax seal in a separate bag for you to add. We do this simply as we know many of you like to have a sneak peak before giving to your child. If you try to open a wax sealed envelope, it may rip. By providing the wax seal separately, this gives you the option. If you would prefer for us to seal it from our end, please ensure you indicate when placing your order. If you are happy to seal it yourself, we suggest either simple glue or removable glue dots.
We help Father Christmas in producing these telegrams purely to bring a little extra magic into people’s lives during the festive season (it helps that we are also Christmas obsessive here at Indie & Wild!)
‼️UPON ORDERING‼️
- Please provide the following information about each recipient of the letter within either the notes section of your order, or by message after placing your order:
🎄NAME (first name/s only for the telegrame)
🎄 ADDRESS (if you have chosen the envelop option)
If we do not receive the above information within 5 days, we will contact you via Etsy and email. If after a further 5 days we have not had a response, your order will cancelled.
PROOFS: we do not as standard send proofs prior to shipping your letters. If you require a proof please ensure you get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order.
PLEASE ENSURE ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT IN THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. We will not be held responsible for spelling errors on letters where the information has not been provided correctly. Should this happen and you require an amended letter, you will be required to order (and pay for) a new letter.
PROCESSING TIME
Due to the amount of personalisation within the letters, and the vast number of orders I receive both on and off etsy, I do usually aim to dispatch letters within 5 working days of ordering, however this can increase up to 10 days the closer we get to Christmas .

Each telegram will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class. Upgrades are available.

All information provided for santa letters is only stored on etsy.
We do keep copies of each letter written until after Christmas simply incase of a letter going missing, to enable us to re print as quickly as possible. These letters are stored on a password protected computer, accessed only by Indie & Wild. We do not store address details anywhere, and only access address details via etsy for the purpose of writing envelopes & posting.
