Imagine your child's delight at receiving a magical letter, fully personalised to your child, within a personalised envelope complete with a North Pole post mark and a stamp - their faces will light up the room! Now in our 8th year of creating the most magical letters, you can be assured a letter like no other! The perfect addition to your December celebrations, or pop it inside your Christmas Eve Box for a truly magical moment.
 
Here In the North (Yorkshire) Pole, our very own Mrs Christmas helps out the big man by creating beautiful, authentic Christmas letters from Father Christmas, year after year.
 
 
LETTER DETAILS
The master text is changed slightly each year, and the remainder of the letter is completely personalised to each child, and contains information that only Father Christmas (and mum or dad 😉) would know.
 
Each letter is printed on a vintage parchment style paper, with our own unique, original holly leaf letter header. The letter is then carefully folded and presented within a gold lined, brown Kraft envelope, complete with our custom North Pole post mark and a real Christmas stamp!
 
I can tailor your letter to any circumstance; babies first Christmas, to reignite some Christmas spirit in an adult, to reveal a special Christmas experience, the list is endless!

✨ WHAT MAKES OUR LETTERS UNIQUE ✨
- Every year the letter changes slightly, making it the perfect tradition to continue year after year!
- Every letter is fully personalised to each child with information only the big man would know.
- Our letter header and footer is completely unique to us, an original hand drawn image, commissioned for us, therefore completely unique to any other letters available to purchase!
- Our envelopes are beautifully lined with gold paper, making them even more magical!
- Our North Pole post mark stamp is also 100% unique to us!
- All our postage stamps are previously used Christmas postage stamps, adding to that authentic feel
- Our letters come with a winter, unique colour mix wax seal - each one is slightly different!
- and finally, with a genuine love and affection for the magic of Christmas, I pour my heart and soul into each and every letter!

DELIVERY
When letters are delivered, they will come inside a board backed envelope which is addressed to the parent (carer/guardian/person who places the order). The letter and envelope for the recipient is inside the main envelope, allowing the parent to post through their own letter box at a suitable time.
 
WAX SEAL
All our letters come with a wax seal to seal them. We DO NOT seal the letters , we place the wax seal in a separate bag complete with a removable glue dot on the back, for you to add.
WHY? The reason we don’t seal the envelopes is simple; our experience over the last 8 years has shown us just how many of you like to have a sneak peak before giving the letter to your child (and in some cases, a few tears!) . If you try to open a wax sealed envelope, it most likely will rip. By providing the wax seal separately, this means you can take that sneak peak, but also means that when your child opens the envelope, it shouldn’t rip.
If however you would prefer for us to seal it from our end, please ensure you indicate when placing your order.

🎄 ADDRESS (for the recipients north pole marked envelope - this doesn’t have to be their home address, it could be something unique about their bedroom - think cupboard under the stairs or house with the pink door )
 
🎄 LETTER SENT (have they sent Father Christmas a letter or not)
 
🎄 1 SPECIAL EVENT THIS YEAR (a special life event / something they have been involved in / wedding / new family member / started school)
AND / OR
🎄 1 SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENT FOR THIS YEAR (swimming / reading / walking / being brave for something / started school)
 
🎄 1 OTHER PIECE OF INFO (can be anything, from a Christmas gift they would like / playing football / fave TV show / something you would like them to do better / be nice to your brother - NOT ESSENTIAL)
 
 
If we do not receive the above information, we will contact you via Etsy and email. If after a further 5 days we have not had a response, your order will cancelled.
 
 
PLEASE NOTE: I may not be able to include all of the information you provide, but I will aim to include as much as possible whilst ensuring the letter still 'flows' nicely and fits on the page.
 
PROOFS: we do not as standard send proofs prior to shipping your letters. If you require a proof please ensure you get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order.
 
PLEASE ENSURE ALL SPELLINGS ARE CORRECT IN THE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE. We will not be held responsible for spelling errors on letters where the information has not been provided correctly. Should this happen and you require an amended letter, you will be required to order (and pay for) a new letter.

PROCESSING TIME
*** processing is currently up to 3 weeks ***
Due to the amount of personalisation within the letters, and the vast number of orders I receive both on and off etsy, I do usually aim to dispatch letters within 5 working days of ordering, however this can increase up to 10 working days the closer we get to Christmas .

UK - Each letter will be posted by Royal Mail 2nd class. Upgrades are available.

All information provided for santa letters is only stored on etsy.
We do keep copies of each letter written until after Christmas simply incase of a letter going missing, to enable us to re print as quickly as possible. These letters are stored on a password protected computer, accessed only by Indie & Wild. We do not store address details anywhere, and only access address details via etsy for the purpose of writing envelopes & posting.
