Custom and personalised orders

We love creating custom products and gift boxes , please drop us a message, and we can tailor something to your recipient and budget!

Corporate Gifting

We are very happy to create corporate gift boxes, please just drop us an email to discuss.

How long does delivery take?

At normal times of year, delivery is usually in 2-5 working days (from the date of dispatch) depending on the method of shipping you choose. However around bank holidays and in the run up to big holiday seasons such as Christmas, delivery can take a little longer. 

Can I order a gift to be sent abroad?

Currently, we have removed the option to send internationally due to the HUGE delays in post delivering. I am happy to review each order on a case by case basis, looking at the destination / current delivery times / current restrictions. So please do drop me an email if you wish to send abroad.

Can I change something within a gift box?

Absolutely! Drop me an email before placing your order and we can see what alternatives we can offer.

Food Hygiene

I have a level 2 certificate in food hygiene, and my husband is level 3. All food items (chocolate, tea and coffee) are stored and handled correctly in accordance with guidance provided by EHO at our chocolate making premises.

Terms & Conditions

DISPATCH

I aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, however during particularly busy times, this could be 5 working days. Please note, working days are Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. 

If I require additional information from you before I am able to dispatch your order, this may delay your order should i not receive this when requested. 

The address provided with your order will be the address the order is dispatched to. 

POSTAGE

As standard, our gift boxes are posted by Royal Mail, second class, signed for post, with the exception of letterbox gifts which are posted by standard second class post. Upgrades are available at checkout. 

Under normal circumstances, mail tends to arrive within 5 working days when sent by second class, and 1 - 2 working days by first class. Due to the current coronavirus pandemic, Royal Mail are taking longer than normal to deliver mail, and in some areas deliveries are taking up to 10 working days to be received. 

Please be aware that these delays are completely out of my control, and Lykke Boks cannot be held responsible for delays within the postal service.

Should your item not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.  

GIFT BOX CONTENTS

From time to time, we may need to substitute an individual item within a box from those pictured to a suitable alternative. This would generally be a different flavour or colour, but the same brand. In the event that we cannot provide you with an item at all, we will always contact you first to suggest an alternative , either of the same value or greater.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We always hope that every gift we send out is received in perfect condition, however should something happen to your order in transit, please contact me. I do accept returns and exchanges, however please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Should you need to return an item, i ask that all items are sent back in their original and unused condition within 5 working days of confirmation of return. These policies do not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Cancellations 

Should you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Non returnable items

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. 

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

 

Conditions of return

Postage costs will be refunded should the item be returned due to damage in transit. In all other circumstances, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All prices are correct at the time of viewing, however we reserve the right to alter prices on our website at any given time.
